Our online survey is still available. Please give your input, we need to hear from a wide variety of Town Of Carroll residents about YOUR vision for our town. Click on the box to the left that says "SURVEY" to take the survey. Paper surveys are also available at the Town Hall, the Library, M&T Bank, The Pharmacy and the Post Office.

It has been said that if you aim at nothing, you will surely hit it. The Town of Carroll Town Board has committed itself to begin a community-wide process to update our Town's Comprehensive plan to better move us into the future in a way that the citizens of the Town of Carroll are comfortable with. The most important part of this plan is to involve the citizens of the town in the process. We need to know what is important to everyone who makes up this community. What are our strengths, our weaknesses, our opportunities and our threats? How do we as a community want to grow and develop? We need your input to find those answers. Join us as we move forward, encourage your family friends, and neighbors to take part. We need to hear everyone's voice in this process.
